Michael Keaton talks Beetlejuice 2. Check out Jurassic World set photos! A Walking Dead producer hints at a new human villain for the show. Maria Doyle Kennedy promises more Mrs. S in season 2 of Orphan Black. Plus the first looks at a new Star Wars Rebels character and Arrow's Clock King! Spoilers now!

Beetlejuice 2

Michael Keaton sounds like he's ready to get on board, so long as Tim Burton's involved. Keaton told MTV that the two of them have been talking about it a little:

I've e-mailed Tim a couple of times, talked to the writer a couple of times, but all really, really preliminary stuff. I always said that's the one thing I'd like to do again, if I ever did anything again. But it kind of required Tim to be involved some way or another.

. . . Now it looks like he is involved. And without giving too much away we've talked to each other, and e-mailed each other, and if he's in, it's going to be hard not to be in.

As he says, it's early days still, but it looks like this may actually happen. [MTV News]

Avengers: Age of Ultron

Given that the Falcon is associated with the Avengers in the comics, Anthony Mackie's really into bringing his character to the movieverse Avengers:

I call all of them at Marvel every Monday. I'm like, 'So have y'all decided if I'm in Avengers 2 yet? I'll get on the bus to Albuquerque tomorrow!' I wanted to be a superhero from the first day that I started in this business, and to have the opportunity to be a superhero is kind of remarkable. If I get the opportunity to be in The Avengers 2, 3, 7 and 18, there's no way I would complain or balk at any part of that…

In the same interview with Total Film, Mackie did confirm that he'll be in Captain America films past The Winter Soldier. [Coming Soon]

Jurassic World

There are photos of sets being built in Hawaii's Kualoa Ranch, which was also where the original movie was filmed in 1993. Go here for photos from further away. [On Location Vacations]

Zero Theorem

Here's a TV spot that aired in the UK. [First Showing]

Doctor Who

Grain of salt and all, but rumor has it that the 12th Doctor's first episode will feature the return of the clockwork androids from "The Girl in the Fireplace." The rumor's gotten a bit of a boost from the resume of supporting actor from the episode whose character is listed as "Restaurant Droid."

Meanwhile, it's confirmed that Paul Hickey will be in the show, reprising his role from the minisodes that previewed "The Snowmen" in 2012. He first appeared in "Vastra Investigates," and his character has since been named "Inspector Gregson." Yes, it appears Moffat cannot help but bring some Sherlock Holmes into this. Below's some set video of Hickey as Gregson. [Doctor Who TV]

The Walking Dead

Producer Gale Anne Hurd hinted that, along with new characters and more zombies, the show'll be introducing a new human antagonist:

Well, it has been announced that we will have some characters from the comic books joining our show, and we are really excited. I can't say quite when they will join, but we are excited to welcome the characters of Abraham, Eugene, and Rosita. They are quite different than other characters who have joined the show, so that is exciting. Their sensibilities and missions in life are quite different. We'll see how they interact with anyone they might encounter. As always, the growing number of zombies remains a tremendous threat because they are on their own, exposed, and vulnerable because they are no longer behind the walls of the prison. There are also people, perhaps, just as evil as the Governor out there.

So we are going to get a new evil?

I can't go into exactly what form it takes, but as the show has always proven, there is no such thing as "smooth sailing."

Orphan Black

Maria Doyle Kennedy says that she'll be back as Mrs. S., Sarah's foster mother, for season 2. And she'll be doing more than ever:

You're going to see more of her. I had a great time in season 1 and there were some great scenes, but there was also a lot of hovering. They just really liked me so wrote me more this time, so that's great.

By all accounts, one of the major plot points of season 2 will be the battle between Sarah and Rachel. According to Kennedy, all Mrs. S. cares about is Kira:

In the war between Rachel and Sarah and the whole idea about the clones trying to find out about themselves, she keeps going through that and beyond it and goes, 'Where does Kira land in all this? What's happening with her? How safe is she? Are they close to her? Can they get her?'

True Blood

The Vault has a roundup of all the information we have about season 7 so far. We know that the driving question is the wonderfully vague "Can humans and vampires get along?" Luke Grimes left the show for creative reasons, so Nathan Parsons has been cast to play James from now on. Lafayette's getting an "extremely good-looking" new boyfriend. And the last season, with feeding vampires, will have "complicated three-way, four-way relationships."

Once Upon a Time

Well, going along with the casting of Rebecca Mader as the Wicked Witch of the West, is the news that Sunny Mabrey (The Client List) has been cast as Glinda the Good Witch. The executive producers have promised a wholly new version of the Wicked Witch, so we'll see if that holds for their Glinda as well. [The Hollywood Reporter]

Star Wars Rebels

Another character has been revealed. This character is Ezra, a "charismatic teenage con artist." He's also a Force-user, using it instinctively to get himself out of trouble. Ezra, however, doesn't know that's what he's doing. See pictures of Ezra below. [TV Guide]

Star-Crossed

Star Matt Lanter (90210) talked about his character, Roman, an Atrian with a complicated relationship with a human. Also, he mentioned a connection between the language he learned and Dothraki on Game of Thrones:

In a nutshell, his journey is that his father was a leader of the Atrians and also the leader of the human-Atrian relations committee on the Atrian side. He's murdered. Now Roman is being looked to fill that position. He's a young kid, he's 16 years old; he didn't want it. It was never in the cards. And now Roman has got this destiny, in a way, with Emery, who was this human girl that saved him when he was 6 years old. They reconnect in high school, and now he's totally conflicted [about whether to] feed into that love and that destiny he feels with this one person, this soulmate of his, or do the right thing for his people.

... What you will see is that it puts both Emery and Roman in an outcast position. Roman is an outcast because he's got this love for this human girl, which is unheard of and really frowned upon by both sides. And you'll come to find there are groups of people within both cultures — some are for integration and some are against it.

We learn a very small amount about [their home planet] in Episode 4. But in general, we don't know much about who these people are. One thing is the Atrians have their own language that they speak on their planet called Sondiv, and we speak that a lot in the show. It's a real language built by a language specialist — by the same guy who built the Dothraki language for Game of Thrones.

And here's a preview for the pilot:

Ravenswood

Sorry fans, the Pretty Little Liars spinoff has been cancelled by ABC Family. [TV Line]

Arrow

Below's the synopsis for episode 2.14, "Time of Death":

Oliver (Stephen Amell) brings Sara (Caity Lotz) into the Arrow team. Watching Oliver and Diggle (David Ramsey) spar with Sara and talk old scars, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) starts to feel left out. The team is investigating a villain named William Tockman, a.k.a. The Clock King (guest star Robert Knepper), who is a brilliant thief armed with technology that can open any bank vault in Starling City. After The Clock King infiltrates the computer systems in the lair, Felicity feels pressure to prove her worth. When she gets a lead on Tockman's whereabouts, she heads out without the team, putting her in peril. Meanwhile, Oliver throws Sara a welcome home party, but Laurel (Katie Cassidy) refuses to attend. After Lance (Paul Blackthrone) makes his case for a family dinner, Laurel acquiesces, but when Oliver shows up with Sara, she loses her temper on both of them.
