Will we ever get to see Steven Spielberg's movie of Daniel H. Wilson's Robopocalypse? Hard to say, given Spielberg's recent statements about the doomed model of blockbuster movies. But at least you can see some storyboards that give a few hints of how kinetic and thrilling it could be.

Storyboard artist Michael Anthony Jackson posted some of his storyboards from Robopocalypse, and they're up over at Comic Book Movie. There are also storyboards from Gore Verbinski's scrapped BioShock movie, and Alex Proyas' dead Paradise Lost film. First of all, here are a couple great pages of Robopocalypse storyboards. We've told you before about the Museum of Science Fiction in Washington, DC, which is currently trying to raise money to open in 2017. But now Wired has posted some fantastic concept art, showing just how astonishing the exhibitions could be.

Above is the proposed atrium, featuring a replica of a tripod from H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds.

According to the Wired article, a 3,000-square-foot "preview museum" will open in 2015, including a life-size TARDIS and a scale-model of the Enterprise. But the final museum will be 15 times larger and open two years later. The preview museum alone will cost an estimated $800,000 to open, most of it coming directly from donors — the Indiegogo campaign is mostly aimed at raising awareness.

Film Sketchr has a giant collection of gorgeous concept art created by artist Nathan Schroeder (who has worked on Avengers and Thor). Our favorite is the beach, which is being guarded by guns.
