If the entire run of Game of Thrones were remade as a retro video game, we would play it just for the death scenes. Fortunately, someone has taken the time to create pixelated animations of the most grisly moments from the show. Spoilers below.
Buzzfeed has 14 of these animated death scenes, and it's hard to pick a favorite. We get the opening White Walker attack up top, plus the classic Stark death scenes: Ned Stark's execution:
And, of course, the Red Wedding:
But there are plenty more: the murder of Renly, the duel at the Eyrie, Viserys' crowning finale—so much gore rendered in so few pixels.
