In a word, weird. But this is no fan art — Yankovic will guest-star on this week's episode of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, as a pony named, and I am not making this up, "Cheese Sandwich."
Here's the official synopsis of "Pinkie Pride," which airs this Saturday at 10:30 am EST:
An elated Pinkie Pie is planning the biggest and best "birth-iversary" party ever for Rainbow Dash, but when another party planning pony named Cheese Sandwich rides into town, plans change. Soon, everypony is so excited about Cheese Sandwich's party that they forget about Pinkie Pie, but her pride won't let her go down without an official "goof off."
I have no real issue with My Little Pony or Bronies, and I think a Weird Al guest appearance is good fun, but goddamn if my skin doesn't crawl every time I see or hear the word "everypony."
