Plus, there's a ton of rumors about the plot of Days of Future Past, including one involving parallel realities. And while Billy Dee Williams is up for Star Wars Episode VII, it looks like the Benedict Cumberbatch rumors can be put to rest. Chris Evans describes how Captain America and the Falcon meet in The Winter Soldier. Spoilers now!
X-Men
A bunch of spoilers were posted in the Comic Book Resources forum, so, of course, there's no official confirmation and they could all be made up. So take these for what they're worth:
Rumored spoilers from "X-Men: Days of Future Past".
Young Jean Grey appears in the past.
Cannonball appears in a mutant refugee camp in the future that is attacked by Sentinels.
Rogue has been captured so the Sentinels can duplicate her powers and use it against mutants. The X-Men later rescue her, and, due to the genetic manipulation done by the Sentinels, Rogue briefly displays super-strength and flight during the escape.
The Sentinels are made of magnetized plates and therefore can change their shape, becoming learner or bulkier. The addition of Rogue's powers makes them virtually unstoppable, which is why the X-Men decide to move forward with the last-ditch effort to change the outcome of the war by altering the past.
There is a mutant unit led by William Stryker that Havok and Toad are a part of, in 1972.
Banshee left the X-Men to be with his family, and Emma Frost has been captured by the government again, but Magneto isn't bothered to break her out yet again.
Mystique assassinates President Kennedy while Magneto tries to stop her, which results in him being captured and forced to join the unit. However, this is part of his plan, and Mystique later stages an attempt against President Nixon's life so Magneto can break out.
When Mystique goes to Saigon to help the mutant unit escape, Toad takes the opportunity, and is later recruited to Magneto's brotherhood.
The timeline "fractures" in the end. The original timeline (which includes "X-Men Origins: Wolverine", "X2", "X-Men: The Last Stand" and "The Wolverine") remains the same, and the new timeline (which includes "First Class") is a clean slate, in which anything could happen. Old Xavier mentions he is able to feel the other timeline still.
Young Beast and Old Mystique share a brief moment in which he apologizes for not creating a better future, and she apologizes for not being able to change the past. Beast still harbors a crush on her and even attacks Magneto during the Kennedy assassination, under assumption he's trying to hurt her.
Wolverine's mind remains in his 1972 body. His future self is left in a comatose state.
The X-Men's hideout is an ancient tomb where Apocalypse lies dormant, though he awakens in the end. The comatose Wolverine might become his first Horseman in "X-Men: Apocalypse".
There is a reference to the Fantastic Four.

Yesterday, we saw a photo of Wolverine with bone claws. Today, we have a quote from the Empire story from Bryan Singer about them:
[Magneto] reconstitutes the adamantium claws... [Wolverine] has a different relationship with Magneto, and perhaps Magneto could forge them.
Singer also debunked a rumor that Days of Future Past would be linked to Apocalypse via a post-credits sequence showing a possessed-by-an-alien Magneto becoming Apocalypse:
That's not the case, and nor will that particular thing be in the film. People were concerned we were making Apocalypse an alien. It's odd. I don't know where that came from.
He did, however, give a few details about X-Men: Apocalypse:
One thing that interests me is the notion of ancient mutants. What would people thousands of years ago, without the benefit of science, think mutants were? And more importantly, what would mutants thousands of years ago think they were? Gods? Titans? Angels? Demons? And if such mutants did exist thousands of years ago, what became of them? Did one survive? . . . . [It'll be] more of a First Class sequel. It'll take place some time after this movie. What happens in this movie brings about what'll happen in that movie.

X-Men producer Lauren Shuler Donner is ready to make a Gambit movie, and she has a star in mind:
I'm dying to do a Gambit movie with Channing Tatum. That doesn't have to be a great big movie. It's a thief in New Orleans, it's a whole different story. He's on board, and I have to get the studio on board. How can anyone resist Channing? He's such a sweetheart.
Tatum himself has said that Gambit's his "favorite," so this looks like something that's just waiting for studio approval. [Slashfilm]
Star Wars
While he hasn't heard whether Lando's in the script or not, put Billy Dee Williams on the list of original trilogy actors willing to return for Episode VII:
I haven't heard anything. No midnight calls yet. Sure, I'd be interested in playing Lando again, if it came my way. Sure.

Benedict Cumberbatch's recent casting in Blood Mountain has put a wrinkle in the rumors that he'd be in Episode VII: the filming for Blood Mountain is during filming for Episode VII. So, if he is going to be in Star Wars at all, it looks like Cumberbatch's role in Episode VII will involve little screen time. [Slashfilm]
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
In an interview with Coming Soon, Chris Evans described the place that Steve's in at the start of The Winter Soldier:
He feels comfortable within the structure he's been given. He likes to serve. He likes to take orders. He's like a herding dog and needs a task I think the issue in Captain America was about giving the opportunity, and then he got the opportunity. He was thrust into a different world. And, "The Avengers," there were so many characters, it was too much to spend any time with one. And, on this movie, it's about him trying to not just acclimate to the modern world, but I think it's always been Cap's goal to do what's right and help where he can. I think the question in this movie is: What is right? I think it was a lot easier in the '40s to know who the evil was. There's no disputing Nazis are bad. Now, it's a bit more difficult. What is the right thing? And, are you a service to that cause? That's where it becomes a tricky dispute for Cap.
He said that this film's less about putting Cap in "giant stunts or fighting stunts" and more about him confronting "moral issues." He also said that the mistrust of SHIELD briefly shown in the Avengers will come to fruition:
Q: There was a seed of distrust planted in "The Avengers" when Cap discovers what S.H.I.E.L.D. is up to. Is that expanded here?
Evans: It certainly does. I don't know...am I in trouble now? [laughs] Yeah, it does. That's no secret. That's what it is. It's coming out in America now. How much can we monitor cell phone use and stuff like that. Text messages. Where do you draw the line? Is it okay to spy on someone before they've committed a crime? Do you take the world as it is or as you'd like it to be? It's a tricky question and Cap comes from a time that was a little more trust and a little less access. I can go on the Internet now, I mean I couldn't do that in the '40s. It's a tricky conversation for me to have right now. This is my time and it's tough to swallow the pill of where society has gone.
Evans also gave some details on Sam Wilson and how he comes into Cap's story:
Sam [Wilson aka The Falcon] works at the VA now and he's like a therapist for those who have come back from overseas and are struggling. In that regard, Sam and I connect. We have an understanding, it's not like Cap has that many friends. His life is his work and Natasha kind of comes in and gives him a hard time about that, too — about dating, finding a social life outside of your work. And so [Sam] extends an olive branch and tries to be a friend. Later on, when things happen, that friendship proves to be invaluable.

Ant-Man
Paul Rudd said that he knows nothing about the rumors of Rashida Jones being cast in the film, and that he just waits to hear the studio announce things. He also talked about how he got involved in the film:
It's all just kind of starting, so it's really cool. I'm very excited about it . . . I knew Edgar. I'd been friends with him for many years. The whole thing that's actually happened, that I got the part, is kind of surreal. It's still sinking in over these last several months.

Colton Haynes says that Roy's and Thea's relationship is going to be overshadowed by Thea's family life and that something other than the effects of the serum will drive them apart:
Thea is about to get her world rocked by some news that Moira [Susanna Thompson] has been keeping from her pretty much her whole entire life. That's going to overshadow the effects of Roy's anger, but Thea is very concerned about Roy's well-being. There's also another thing coming up very soon that will cause another rift in Roy and Thea's relationship.
That sounds like Moira's going to tell Thea about her true parentage soon. Also, is the new rift going to be cause by Roy's new knowledge of Oliver's alter ego? [TV Guide]

American Horror Story
In an interview about the ending of Coven, Ryan Murphy said that he can't say exactly who would be returning for season 4, since no deals have been started. He did give a little bit of info for the new season:
Hmmmm. I don't know what to say. It's a combination of things. It's a combination of two time periods, with the main one being the 1950s. I don't know. We haven't started writing it yet, so I don't really know the tone. I like that we had a lot of comedy in this year, and I like the comic characters, so I think that will remain.

The Asylum and Syfy have struck a deal with legendary casting director Mike Fenton and his partner Ann Frederick, of Fenton-Frederick Casting, to supervise cameo casting.

Here's the synopsis of the pilot:
WHEN THE ALIENS LANDED… — When Emery Whitehill (Aimee Teegarden, "Friday Night Lights") was 6 years old, an alien spacecraft crash-landed in her small town and she met Roman (Matt Lanter, "90210"), a 6-year old Atrian boy, who sought refuge with her before being taken away by the authorities. Ten years later, the two are reunited as the first group of Atrian teens is about to enroll in high school in a widely scrutinized social experiment to see if humans and Atrians can live in peace. Both Emery and Roman are surprised at the small-mindedness of their respective communities. Roman's sister, Sophia (Brina Palencia), is excited to make new friends, but their fellow Atrians, Teri (Chelsea Gilligan, "Big Time Rush") and Drake (Greg Finley, "The Secret Life of the American Teenager"), openly distrust all humans. The human students are equally wary of the aliens, especially the school's queen bee Taylor (Natalie Hall, "Pretty Little Liars").
